This is an indication that he is well loved and his reputation and rising profile in the society remains intact. One wonders how the city of Iragbiji will play host to those who will grace the real wedding.
Hon Makinde who is deputy chairman House Committee on Human Rights, a one time movie actor/producer, auto dealer, hotelier and an accountant at the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, has affirmed that it is not in his habit to discuss his family issues especially his wife who bore him grown up kids, but just for the records, people need to know that his former wife had left him before he got elected into the federal house of representatives and he had also given her room for reconciliation but all were to no avail, hence the decision to move ahead with his life and career became inevitable,and this bold and decisive step was not done without the consent of his children.
Chief Bobagunwa of Ila Orangun and Mayegun of Ile-ife however expressed gratitude to every members of their family from both ends, friends and colleagues for their avowed support, physical presence, prayers and gift items. Similarly his appreciations go to those who chose the social media to felicitate with him and Oyebanke; the federal lawmaker prayed that their joy will know no bounds. He further assure that the date for the wedding proper, will soon be communicated to friends, colleagues and family members in due course.
